Our History
From the Ground Up
When the Champlain Towers in Surfside, Florida collapsed, we lost our dear friend, Chaim Rosenberg, z”l, along with his daughter and son-in-law, Malki and Benny Weisz, a”h. Their sudden loss left us—Chaim’s close friends—devastated, overwhelmed by grief, and searching for strength amidst heartbreak.
Chaim was a deeply beloved individual: a devoted family man, a loyal friend, and someone whose unwavering faith and positivity carried him through life’s toughest moments. In his darkest hours, he often found comfort and clarity in the sacred teachings of Likutei Moharan, the foundational work of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov. These teachings became his spiritual anchor—and, after the tragedy, they became ours.
Determined to honor his legacy, we turned to what had uplifted Chaim the most: deep Torah learning. We began facilitating in-depth study groups of Likutei Moharan, first in Uman and quickly expanding across the globe. What started as a coping mechanism evolved into a movement, bringing blessing and inspiration not only to the participants but also to countless others touched by its ripple effect.
